Incredible service that is so hard to find anymore. I booked Tom to fix the gas earthing lead that was not attached. On the day he called to say he had a cancellation and could attend straight away. Having a work meeting for half an hour he said he would come after my meeting.
He arrived on time and completed the work.
While talking to him he was telling me that he does not take on too many jobs at the same time as so many tradesmen do as he prefers to be able to complete the work he commits to without the stress of worrying about rushing back and forth between jobs.
He was extremely polite, obviously knew what he was talking about and came across as so genuine.
I would not hesitate to recommend Tom and will certainly use him again if he needs arises.

I can’t recommend Tom highly enough. If you are looking for a courteous, respectful of person and property, prompt, reliable, honest, tidy and really helpful electrician, Tom is that electrician.
From my first inquiry Tom responded promptly. I needed an electrician to do a second fix on my summerhouse that had just been installed. Tom came to do the quote, explaining what would be required, and what might possibly be required.
I received a quote and a price for possible additional works needed very promptly and the work was carried out shortly after at a time suitable for me, (in the end no additional work was required).
Tom clarified with me t all that I wanted doing and where I wanted sockets, switches and light fittings so there was no ambiguity.
As a retired female living on my own, I felt very comfortable with Tom in my home.
I’m delighted with my summer and the neatness of the work, all certified, and with prompt receipt of the compliance certificate.
I have now asked Tom to install an Electric Car Charger.
